CFAR [Council of Rel/FA] is inviting you to its monthly meeting on February 23, 2007: 9AM to 12NN at ARCDI, Informatics Building, North Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
The general elections for the new sets of officers for 2007 will also be held during the meeting. There will also be learning sessions to be presented.

The Learning sessions will be the following:
1. Use of Fractography in Packaging Failure Analysis - John Ivan Gonzalez of ADI 2. Material Surface Characterization and Interaction - Dr Rina Cada of Intel
